Beyond Authority ("we", "us", "our") provides an authority intelligence operating system that helps you measure, build, and publish content that builds trust and visibility. • Account information — your name, email address, and password when you create an account. If you sign up with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture.
• Workspace data — the business information you provide (website URL, business profile, brand voice, content), which we use to generate your authority analyses and content.
• Content you generate — articles, drafts, briefs, campaigns, and publishing destinations you connect.
• Usage data — how you interact with the Service, pages visited, and features used.
• Payment information — processed by our payment providers (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To generate authority scores, content, and recommendations you request.
• To communicate with you (account updates, support, service notices).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To improve the Service and develop new features.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, AI providers like Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and Gemini, email delivery, payments via Stripe), and only as needed to deliver the Service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Workspace data and generated content are retained until you delete them or close your account. When you request deletion, we remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect your information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update your personal information.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
