Some features require a paid subscription. You agree to pay the fees in effect at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We may change pricing with reasonable notice, and you may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or publish unlawful, misleading, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We may use non-identifying, aggregated data derived from your use of the Service to improve our products.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to use and submit Your Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and branding, are owned by Beyond Authority and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without our written consent.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Google Search Console). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any specific result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Authority shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond Authority and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction or, where applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beyond Authority is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
